Delivery Arrangements
Lanopearlshop use Australia Post and FastWay couriers to deliver orders within Australia.

We recommend that your parcel is signed for at the time of delivery. You can also request our courier leaves your parcel in a secure location at your delivery address – this will be at your own risk.

When Is My Order Dispatched?

We always process your orders as quickly as possible. Our team endeavours to provide same-day dispatch for orders received by 11.00am if the products are currently in stock. Please note during times of high demand for our products and services it may sometimes take 2-3 working days to get your products processed and shipped. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Your order tracking number will be provided
We will send you an email to notify you that your order has been dispatched and a tracking information will be provided in the email including courier name & tracking number. Therefore, you can track your parcel with the information provided

 

Freight Charges
We always strive to keep freight costs to a minimum
Orders are freight-free for all orders of $30 or more shipped within Australia.
Freight is charged for all orders below $30 value.
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred from a refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
Lanopearlshop shipping charges include postage and handling costs. It is $8.95 flat rate for shipping cost.

 

Delivery Times
Lanopearl will make every effort to facilitate on-time delivery. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Or you can arrange at the time you place your order to have the parcel left at a secure location at your address.

If a delivery attempt has been made to an unoccupied address, then the order will be taken to the local Post Office for pickup. No further attempts will be made to deliver directly to the delivery address.

Delivery times are on business days, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. Delivery times exclude the order processing time that Mr Vitamins staff take to authorise, prepare and pack your order.
In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery to final destinations may take longer. Please check with your local Post Office for further information.

 

Out Of Stock Items
Sometimes an item in your order may be out of stock. We will do our best to contact you so that you can decide whether to wait until your complete order is ready before shipping. If more than one shipment is made, additional freight charges may be applicable.
