Sun protection

Sun protection is a vital secret to a beautiful, youthful looking skin. Overexposure to the sun can cause premature skin or skin cancer. The product that contains sunscreen or SPF (Sun protection factor) can provide you with optimum sun protection depending on type of SPF. Sunscreen is available in lotion, spray, cream or topical product that can either absorb or reflect the ultra violet rays to protect the skin.
In Australia, the cancel council recommends the sunscreen with SPF 30+ broad spectrum and water resistant for the effective sun protection.

Tips to apply sunscreen

Sunscreens should ideally be applied 15 minutes before going outdoors.
Apply generously (thickly) and be careful not to miss any areas such as the ears and knees
When outdoors, reapply at least two hours because you can easily perspire while outdoors.
